NVQ’s (Level 2 Groundworker)

All Plant Training undertakes NVQ’s for CPCS & NPORS – CSCS Card Schemes.  Once you have completed your original training which qualifies you as a “Trained Operative” giving you a card that is valid for 2 years. To renew/upgrade your card to a “Competent Operator” you will need to register for an NVQ in the same category you already hold. All Plant Training will support you through the whole process, this involves your induction, and supplying a portfolio for you to gather evidence, including forms for witness testimony from an employer/site manager. Our trainers will set up a WhatsApp group making it easy to stay in touch, upload evidence i.e. photos & videos of you completing work on-site which may include driving/working on machines.  Our trainers will visit you on-site to see you working and driving the machinery to cover site-based assessments (SBA).

We offer NOCN CSkills Awards Level 2 NVQ in Plant Operations (Groundworks) in all the plant categories that we test on.  Once you have achieved your NVQ we will apply for your certificates and “Competent Operators” card which is valid for 5 years.

To renew your Competent Operator’s card you will then be required to do a simple touch screen renewals test on the categories you hold & have a Health Safety & Environment test within the last 2 years.
